About the Opportunity
They are seeking dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented lawyers with a demonstrated track record in corporate transactions, particularly in M&A, PE/VC investments, and general corporate advisory.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior professionals on both domestic and cross-border deals, catering to a broad range of clients, from startups to large corporations and investment funds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, etc.)
- Conducting and managing legal due diligence processes
- Advising on regulatory and compliance matters under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
- Client handling and deal management from structuring to closure
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in a Law Firm with significant exposure to M&A/PE deals
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
