'Chicago' actress shares her thoughts on performing in China

The Broadway classic “Chicago” is coming to China this October. Michelle Antrobus will play the role of Velma Kelly in the show. Antrobus shared her thoughts with CGTN about her visit to China in 2019, saying she enjoyed the enthusiasm of Chinese audiences and found many performances outside of theaters. When she tours China this fall, she hopes Chinese audiences will come to like and understand the character of Velma that she portrays.
