The delivery timeline is another significant factor in flexible PCB pricing. If a project has an urgent deadline, expedited processing can significantly increase costs. Suppliers often categorize turnaround times into standard, quick-turn, and expedited services. While standard turnaround may range from two to three weeks, quick-turn services can reduce this time to a week or less, usually at a higher price.

When looking for a rigid or flex PCB supplier, look for a company with extensive experience in rigid flex and a wide range of materials and fabrication capabilities. Ask for references and testimonials to determine whether the manufacturer has a track record of producing high-quality products. Also, make sure that they have the necessary quality certifications and follow strict QC processes. Finally, ensure that they can handle your volume requirements and provide quick turnaround on quotes and inquiries. This will help to avoid any delays in the production of your custom rigid flex or flex PCBs.
