In the early days of winter, Xuanwu Lake in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province welcomes its most beautiful ginkgo season. Layers of golden leaves form a radiant canopy, resembling a golden cloud in the sunlight. The ginkgo leaves, like a “golden carpet,” gracefully cover the ground, with dozens of ginkgo trees providing a picturesque backdrop for the Lansheng Pavilion.
